The Smash Burger!

This hit developed in our kitchen is quickly becoming our signature burger. Two patties, two cheeses, mushrooms, onions and bacon sauteed together then placed on a sesame bun with lettuce, tomato and our secret sauce. It is served with crinkly fries unless wedges are requested.
